The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, John Lee, led a business delegation to visit and conduct exchanges in Qatar in the Middle East. The delegation visited Qatar and Kuwait. During the visit to Qatar, the delegation not only communicated with local government officials and businesses but also signed 35 cooperation results in the presence of the Emir and key leaders of Qatar.

Among them, Web 3 Labs' shareholder Gaofeng Group has signed a tripartite agreement with WeBank and KLICKL from the Middle East to jointly promote cooperation in financial technology, including collaboration on Web 3 and artificial intelligence, leveraging technological advantages from various regions to seek mutual development. This tripartite agreement highlights Hong Kong's business environment and the true function of enterprises in "internal connection and external communication". Dr. Wu Jiezhuang, the founder and chairman of the board of the Hong Kong Gaofeng Group, signed a tripartite agreement on behalf of the group to promote financial technology systems and solutions among the Mainland, Hong Kong, and Qatar, and to explore the establishment of a financial technology incubator jointly built by the three regions. Dr. Wu stated that Hong Kong's unique international positioning must be leveraged: "I have always believed that Hong Kong is not only a 'super connector' but also a 'super accelerator.'
