Morgan Stanley: Optimistic Outlook for Sino-US Trade Negotiations, Hedge Funds Return to the Chinese Market

According to the Gate.io News bot, a report released by Morgan Stanley last Friday shows that hedge funds increased their investment in the Chinese stock market last week due to positive prospects for the progress of China-U.S. trade negotiations, with American hedge funds being particularly proactive.

The report indicates that after observing positive signals regarding the China-U.S. trade agreement, American hedge funds began to reallocate their positions in the Chinese market while increasing their holdings in both U.S. and A-share stocks.

At the same time, hedge funds have reduced their investment allocations to other Asian regions such as Thailand, Hong Kong, India, and Australia.
