BofA Global Research: It’s time to Buy the Dips on mid-term Japanese government bonds.
Golden Finance reported that three members of Bank of America Global Research stated in a report that it is time to buy mid-term Japanese government bonds while prices are falling. Bond market participants clearly believe that the Central Bank of Japan's next interest rate hike may be as early as October 2025. Bank of Japan Governor Kazuo Ueda continues to emphasize the high uncertainty of the Trump administration's tariff policy. Additionally, the Japan-U.S. summit did not reach an agreement. Therefore, the market may need some time to begin digesting the Bank of Japan's next interest rate hike.
