Ten individuals were arrested and weapons were seized. According to the report from the Champasak Military Region Command, the incident occurred between July 24 and 25, when armed Cambodian personnel illegally crossed into Laotian territory. The Laotian military quickly launched an operation and engaged in a gunfight with them. After the gunfire ended, the Laotian military arrested ten armed Cambodians and seized four rifles and several grenades. Three people were reported dead and one injured at the scene, and the Laotian side is currently conducting further interrogations and investigations.
