Lingyun Guang: acquisition of JAI company's equity completed
On January 8th, Jin10 Data learned that Lingyun Guang announced that the company has acquired 100% of JAI Company's shares through its wholly-owned subsidiary SINGPHOTONICS SMART VISION PTE. LTD. The Delivery process of this transaction has been completed, and the company has acquired 99.95% equity (including 4.38% of treasury stock) controlled by JAI GROUP HOLDING ApS and the 0.05% equity held by minority shareholders in accordance with the agreed protocol.
