Odaily Planet Daily News President Trump has signed an executive order to establish a strategic BTC reserve and a separate digital asset reserve, Seth Ginns, Managing Director of CoinFund, a mobile investment company, said: "Although on the surface, the U.S. encryption reserve enforced by the presidential executive order is a good thing, the fate of the reserve will be worrying if the next government in four years criticizes BTC.
