According to Techub News and a report by Tech in Asia, Gnosis has acquired the on-chain financial operating platform HQ.xyz for $14.95 million. The funding sources include $8.95 million from the GnosisDAO treasury, which was approved by DAO vote in January 2025, and $6 million from Gnosis Ltd. HQ.xyz will be renamed Gnosis HQ and integrated into the Gnosis ecosystem.
