Q1: Could you Share with me about your experience and what you do at the project?

Jet: Hi everyone my name is Jet and I’m the Marketing Lead for Amulet. I’ve been in the tech and crypto marketing space for awhile now and I’m beyond excited to be here.

Looking forward to sharing what makes Amulet so special, how we’re changing the way people see their DeFi investments and most importantly how users like YOU can benefit from engaging with our product.

Q2: Could you tell me about your project in simple terms?

Jet: Allow me to share a bit of our history.
Amulet V1 started as the first and only DeFi insurance protocol on Solana in early 2022. We have been providing on-chain coverage to Solana projects ever since.

Taking V1 a step further, we sat down and thought: what if we could combine investments and insurance together, to combine both user journeys into one complete experience. Alas, V2 was born.

Amulet V2 is a multi-chain yield platform with built-in protection, think of it as a platform for you to earn your yields which are automatically protected the moment your funds enter our vault.

You may ask how this is possible. Its due to our flagship product: AmuShield, a multi layered protection solution integrated within every single vault listed in Amulet.

AmuShield:
It employs parametric risk management to monitor assets in real-time, detecting security incidents through LP token price comparisons with predefined triggers.

In the event of a security incident, AmuShield facilitates rapid response, assisting users in promptly retrieving their assets.
If any form of claim payout is necessary, AmuShield is ready with financial coverage from the Amulet Safety Fund, supported by $10 million AMU tokens initially, for asset protection.
AmuVerse (Loyalty Program):
We recognise the importance of our community. Which is why we have built AmuVerse, an internal loyalty program platform. Users can earn crystals through referrals, staking. These crystals qualify for $AMU token drops and many other use cases which I will share more in the roadmap later on.

Q3: What’s your token and utility around it?

Jet: $AMU is Amulet’s native and governance token. It offers 3 main features:

• Voting Rights: $AMU empowers holders to actively participate in the decision
  making process. By holding and locking $AMU into veAMU, users gain voting power to influence upgrades, propose new product features, and voice opinions on critical governance matters. The entire process is transparent, with all votes recorded on the blockchain for public scrutiny.
• Voting Rewards: Users who stake $AMU to participate in governance would receive $AMU rewards for their participation
• Voting Power: Lock $AMU for longer periods for more voting power in the form of veAMU. Sustain voting power and rewards through continuous engagement.
  As long term $AMU holders, you are also rewarded and incentivised through the following channels:
• Farm Rewards: Earning $AMU directly through depositing into our vaults.
• Boosted Farm Rewards: The introduction of the veAMU and gauge takes incentives a step further. Users locking their $AMU for extended periods enjoy boosted farm rewards, providing an additional layer of benefits for committed stakeholders.
• Governance Rewards: Active participation in governance is rewarded. Those who contribute to shaping the protocol’s future receive incentives, creating a feedback loop that encourages community involvement.
• Additional Revenue-Sharing Programs: $AMU recognizes the value of long-term and engaged users. As a token holder, you may benefit from additional revenue-sharing programs, further enhancing the overall value proposition.

Q4: What is the roadmap for 2024?

Jet: We have great things planned for Amulet and we’re excited to share them with you.

• Expanding to more networks, integrating more yield strategies, partnering with more projects. In fact we recently launched our Solana Vaults on V2 which users can deposit mSOL bSOL and JitoSOL. Really bringing convenient protection to every project to every user in the space.
• Launch of Governance: A feature we are building to bring value to $AMU long term token holders. We want our community to have a say in building the future of Amulet.
• Upgrading AmuVerse: We are looking to bring more features to AmuVerse upgraded with Lucky Draw feature, bringing more use cases to our crystals and allowing users to win more $AMU

Q5: What one thing you wish people knew makes you different from the competitors?

Jet: If there’s one takeaway that differentiates us from other projects, it’s that we offer convenience and peace of mind.
Amulet V2 is a yield-focused protocol that incorporates built-in protections, prioritizing curated yield generation while subsequently emphasizing solid risk management.
So our goal really is not to compete with other projects to say who has the better yield or better strategy but really, to integrate with a variety of exceptional and trustworthy yield strategies, collaborating with them and bringing embedded protection to their doorstep, for their users to enjoy safe yields, no matter where their funds may be.
